Grant Parameters
- Eligibility: Applicants must be a nonprofit organization located in Big Sky or serving the Big Sky community
- Project Types: Grants are open to capital projects or one-time program costs.
- Funding Range: We welcome proposals between $50,000 and $100,000.
Grant Decisions
1. Applicant Presentations
- All applicants will attend a meeting with the Big Sky Thrift Grant Committee.
- At this meeting, applicants will give a short presentation about their project.
- The committee will then provide recommendations on funding.
2. Volunteer Review
- A list of applications and committee recommendations will be sent to all Big Sky Thrift volunteers.
- Volunteers will be invited to vote for approval or provide comments.
3. Final Decisions
- The Thrift Grant Committee will review applicant presentations and volunteer feedback to determine final award recommendations.
- These recommendations will be forwarded to the Yellowstone Club Community Foundation (YCCF) Board for final approval.
